old magazines

i went to a thrift store yesterday and i found a lot of cool stuff, including but not limited to; a hole single, chino pants, a manky cassette recorder/player, numerous mixtapes from the late 80s to early 90s, but most fascinatingly; four OOR magazines, three of them are from 1981 and one of them from 1980. they're insanely cool and i think its the closest that i can get to a time machine, OOR was a bi-weekly dutch music magazine that started all the way back in 1971 and was pretty popular at the time i think. the ones i have talk about artists like souxie, the ramones, depeche mode, 10cc, john lennon, and the clash. it also talks about politics sometimes like naziïzm in punk or the housing crisis in the netherlands at the time. also the advertisements in it are beautifull and theyd be sick as posters, ill try and see if i can link some images soon! anyway, this marks the first ever BIG MANS BIG THOUGHTtm
